Which conversation should you look for next?

Read the active objective before travelling. Yu’er’s valley tasks and forest task use different meeting places. Treat each delivery as a separate record rather than assuming that helping her once finishes the chain.

Where should you start looking for herbs?

Keep a separate note for Blood-Stopper Vine, Congealeaf and Blemish Goldweed. Search the river near the Axemaster’s Holding Cell for the vine, the enemy camp near the Rusted Loong Key door for Congealeaf, and the river near the valley Long Pillar for Blemish Goldweed. The sources use different nearby landmarks; these are search areas, not GameNavi-tested turn-by-turn directions.

If the gathering conversation is absent, check that you have defeated Peng Meng and return to the outpost. Once all three herbs are collected, use the hand-in conversation before advancing to the next boss.

Are you missing a patient or an entrance?

Use access requirements to narrow the search. Two patients are associated with the Outlaw Trap area, so marking that general area visited is insufficient.

Why did defeating Hua not finish the task?

Inspect Hua’s arena for the Flesh Lily and confirm its delivery. The wider story continues in Pangzhen; an early hand-in does not prove that the entire trophy chain is complete.

Game8’s two healer pages disagree internally between body text and reward tables. We omit those reward names rather than selecting one without evidence. If the NPC is missing, review the story checkpoints before making another circuit of the region.
