MHO November 6 update: combat fixes and Apex entry orders

What should you retry after the update?

If a quest or weapon follow-up stopped working, update before spending materials on a replacement build. This is a November 6, 2026 UTC maintenance update without server downtime. The notice was posted on November 5; those dates refer to publication and rollout respectively.

The practical order is update, restart if needed, and retry the failed action. If it still fails, keep the quest name, character, mode and trigger for a support report. Changing equipment and graphics settings together makes the cause harder to identify. See combat basics for input and part-targeting checks.

What changed for Radiant Great Girros?

Radiant Rage now immediately triggers Fever and a summon of Radiant Girros. Treat the transition as a point to reassess nearby enemies and your position. The notice does not supply new HP, weakness or damage values, so there is no basis here for a new elemental build ranking. The Radiant species guide explains the wider system.

Should you buy more Apex Challenge Orders now?

First read the current stored count and cap in your client. The storage limit was raised, but the notice does not state the new number. It also promises a later compensation for orders lost through the described pre-adjustment Season Shop purchase issue. It does not say the compensation has already arrived.

Keep the affected purchase and inventory details if this happened to you. Do not buy extra orders merely because compensation is mentioned. The Apex preparation guide separates entry resources from forging and upgrading costs.

Does the notice cover every edition?

This page covers the update published by the global game’s operator. Its “all servers” wording is not independent confirmation that every Garena edition or the mainland release has the same rollout. Use the notice in your own client if dates differ.

The same update also addresses some login and graphics-setting failures. Ruger Aidal’s corrected size is an Investigation Notes display fix, not an announced change to its combat body size. Upcoming hunt dates are listed in the event calendar.
