Phantom Blade Zero Crimson Forest Memory Flowers: 18-pickup checklist
Track 18 Crimson Forest Memory Flower pickups by story set, with early-route landmarks and the Bastion shield return trip separated from first-visit exploration.
FAQ
Why are there 18 pickups but fewer health rewards?
I have three On Perfect Transcension parts. What should I check?
Are the introductory Inanis flower and the six-part Inanis story the same set?
How should you use this collection checklist?
Tick each pickup after collecting it, then compare the game’s story-set record. The six sets below contain 1 + 3 + 4 + 2 + 6 + 2 pickups. They are not eighteen separate health rewards: the reward is tied to completing a set, as the PlayStation Blog explains.
Which pickup needs a later return?
The fourth On Perfect Transcension pickup is beyond the Thieves’ Camp arrow-trap route. Take the Thieves’ Camp Dungeon Key from the Cliffside Lodge area, then return with Bastion, obtained from Zhuo Bi in Village of Lu. The traversal tool guide separates this shield requirement from locked doors and grapple points.
Our labels group pickups by story set so you can compare them to the journal, while the details identify the nearest useful landmark. They are not a replacement for an in-game map or a claimed fastest route.

What should you check before Bai Chilian?
Review the Inanis and Bai Chilian sets while you are already in Mirrorwood, and keep the separate quest-deadline checklist in view. Collecting flowers does not hand in Yu’er’s quests or finish Quick Hand Zhang’s tasks. The Bai Chilian guide covers the fight and the story transition.
Why might a completed regional checklist not award health?
First compare the exact story-set name. The introductory Memory Flower Left by Inanis is separate from the six-part Inanis set. Reaching a landmark is also different from interacting with its flower. If the journal still shows a missing part, revisit that unchecked landmark rather than assuming the reward is bugged. For the first region’s late pickup, see Weeping Creek Valley.
Which landmarks should you sweep together?
Use the six story-set names in the checklist as your completion record, but travel in regional passes. The following grouping keeps the shield-gated return separate from the paths available earlier. It is a route-planning aid rather than an exact walking-time claim.
| Pass | Sweep these landmarks | Before leaving |
|---|---|---|
| Forest entrance to Outlaw Trap | Introductory bell flower, post-Hua Qianxiao cave, Quick Hand Zhang’s first cave, tunnel mouth near the crank | Compare the one-part introductory set and three-part Fellow Disciples set |
| Jing Ye to Cliffside Lodge | Lower ledge by the small bridge, cave under the camp, lodge cellar | Collect the Dungeon Key here; leave the arrow-trap pickup for the shield return |
| Mirrorwood entrance and Iron Fever | Chase-scene exit, boss arena cliffside, tunnel fork | Keep the two Iron Fever parts separate from the first Inanis part |
| Burial Grounds to Mirrorwood | Enemy group, fog route toward the Banyan Tree, pond-side ledge, Depths bell and puzzle | Compare all six Inanis parts and both Bai Chilian parts before the story boss |
| Return with Bastion | Dungeon-key door and arrow-trap corridors | Continue beyond the traps into the open area; confirm the fourth On Perfect Transcension part |
How do you handle the arrow-trap return?
Bring both the Thieves’ Camp Dungeon Key and Bastion. The key is for the door; the shield is for the arrows beyond it. Passing the locked door does not mean the dangerous part is finished. Continue along the trap route, including the ladder and the further arrow section, then search the open ground beyond near the mounted enemy.
This is why a first-pass journal can show three On Perfect Transcension parts without a completed set. Record the missing part as a tool-gated return instead of sweeping the first three locations again. Once you obtain Bastion from Zhuo Bi in Village of Lu, this is a specific reason to come back.
How do you check the Mirrorwood sets without double-counting?
Start with the exact names: Memory Flower Left by Inanis is the single introductory pickup; Inanis is the later six-part set. Inside Mirrorwood, check the story record after the puzzle route and compare the Inanis map markers before walking on to Bai Chilian. The two Bai Chilian parts belong to their own set even though the route overlaps.
If you are short one part, use its set to choose the search area. Fellow Disciples points you back toward the earlier caves and Outlaw Trap; Iron Fever points to the chase/boss route; an incomplete four-part Transcension set may be the shield return. This narrows the search before you revisit the whole forest.
